摘要
环境卫生学是预防医学专业的一门重要学科。近年来,疾病预防在健康管理中的重要性日益凸显,预防是最经济最有效的健康策略。同时,预防医学人才培养也急需从“重理论,轻实践”走向教卫协同。目前,环境卫生学实践教学中存在着对课程重视不足、硬件设施不完善、学生主动性不强、课程缺乏专业特色,以及实践课素材不能与时俱进的问题。根据预防医学培养模式改革的总体要求,结合环境卫生学的学科特点,探讨培养学生实践与应用能力的多种途径,并从课程体系建设与完善、教学方法改进、教学资源建设和建设实践基地的角度提出解决措施,进而达到培养出能够解决公共卫生实际问题的人才的教学目标。
Environmental hygiene is an important discipline of preventive medicine.The role of prevent on health management is increasing,since prevent is the most useful and economic health policy in recent years.In the same time,the model of personnel training should be transferred from“emphasized the theory and neglected the practice”to the balance of teaching and practicing.At present,there are some problems in the practical teaching of environmental hygiene,such as insufficient attention to the course,imperfect hardware facilities,weak initiative of students,lack of professional characteristics of the course,and the material of practical course can’t keep pace with the times.According to the general requirements of the reform of preventive medicine training mode,combined with the characteristics of environmental hygiene,it discusses various ways to educate students’practical and application ability,and puts forward solutions from the perspective of curriculum system construction and improvement,teaching method improvement,teaching resource construction and practice base construction,so as to achieve the teaching goal of cultivating talents who can solve the practical problems of public health.
