北京市汛期降雨对清河水质影响及水环境保障对策研究

Research on the Impact of Rainfall During the Flood Season on the Water Quality of the Qinghe River in Beijing and Countermeasures for Water Environment Protection

摘要 清河是北京市北部重要的防洪通道和生态走廊,本文基于清河2个市级断面清河闸及沙子营闸主汛期水质情况,以2022年7月清河闸和沙子营闸COD、BOD、浊度为研究因子,探讨汛期降雨对清河水质产生的影响。结果表明,相较其他月份,6—9月沙子营闸水质状况波动较大,出现Ⅲ~Ⅴ类水;有强降雨时,沙子营闸水质恶化较明显,COD、BOD、浊度数据增加分别为300%、300%、925%。为保障汛期水环境质量,建议完善周边污水管网、加强雨污合流口整治、加强河道水面及岸坡道路清理、优化水土保持措施、加强农业面源污染防控、强化河道巡查及执法。 The Qinghe River serves as a vital flood control channel and ecological corridor in the northern part of Beijing.This paper is based on the water quality data of two municipal sections of the Qinghe River,namely Qinghe Sluice and Shaziying Sluice,during the primary flood season.The study focuses on the water quality parameters,including COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand),BOD(Biochemical Oxygen Demand),and turbidity,recorded in July 2022 as research factors,aiming to investigate the impact of rainfall during the flood season on the water quality of the Qinghe River.The results indicate that,compared to other months,the water quality at Shaziying Sluice fluctuated significantly from June to September,falling into the Ⅲ to Ⅴ water quality categories.During heavy rainfall events,there was a noticeable deterioration in water quality at Shaziying Sluice,with COD,BOD,and turbidity data increasing by 300%,300%,and 925%,respectively.To safeguard the water environment quality during the flood season,it is recommended to enhance the surrounding sewage networks,improve the treatment of rainwater and sewage convergence points,conduct thorough cleaning of river surfaces and bank slopes,optimize soil and water conservation measures,strengthen agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control,and reinforce river channel inspections and law enforcement.
