摘要
重症患者是深静脉血栓形成的高危人群,血栓脱落可导致肺栓塞,危及患者生命。院内静脉血栓栓塞症是院内非预期死亡的首要原因,也是导致医疗纠纷的主要根源之一,严重威胁患者的生命健康,规范化的静脉血栓栓塞症防治意义重大。本文旨在通过对深静脉血栓栓塞症预防与诊治现状相关研究进展进行综述,以期为重症患者静脉血栓栓塞症防治提供帮助。
Critical ill patients are high risk group of deep vein thrombosis.Thrombus shedding can lead to pulmonary embolism,causing life danger.Nosocomial venous thromboembolism(VTE)is the main cause of unexpected death in hospital and one of the main causes of medical disputes,which seriously threatens the life and health of patients.Therefore,standardized prevention and treatment of VTE is of great significance.The purpose of this article is to review the research progress on the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of VTE,in order to provide help for the prevention and treatment of VTE in critical ill patients.
