摘要
使用Johnson-Cook材料本构模型和Shear Failure失效准则建立了水泥混凝土的有限元模型,应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对水泥混凝土在小型混凝土铣刨机铣刨刀片冲击载荷作用下的动力响应进行了数值模拟。主要分析了不同的铣刨深度、铣刨速度、进给速度对冲击力的影响规律。模拟结果显示,冲击力随着铣刨深度的增大而增大,随着铣刨速度的增大而增大,进给速度的增大对冲击力影响不大。模拟结果为小型混凝土铣刨机铣刨刀片对混凝土的铣刨工艺提供了理论参考。
The finite element model of cement concrete is established using the Johnson-Cook material constitutive model and shear failure criterion,and the dynamic response of cement concrete under the shock load of the milling blade of a small concrete milling machine is numerical simulated using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The influence of different milling depths,milling speeds and feed speeds on the shock force is mainly analyzed.The simulation results show that the shock force increases with the increase of milling depth,increases with the increase of milling speed,and does not change much with the increase of feed speed.The simulation results provide a theoretical reference for the milling process of concrete by the milling blade of a small concrete milling machine.
