摘要
型芯是某大输液模具成型的关键零件,长时间服役后出现渗水及开裂的情况。对该型芯材料成分、裂纹源形貌、金相显微组织、工作环境等因素分析后认为,该零件失效方式为晶间腐蚀应力开裂。工作环境水质中大量的氯粒子、悬浮物等是锈蚀裂纹源产生的根源,晶间网状碳化物、晶粒粗大是加速开裂锈穿失效的重要因素。文中给出了预防该类失效的措施。
The core is a key part of a large infusion mold,and water seepage and cracking occurred during long service time.After analyzing the core material composition,crack source morphology,metallographic microstructure,working environment and other factors,it is believed that the failure mode of this part is intergranular corrosion stress cracking.A large number of chlorine particles in the water quality of the working environment,suspended solids,etc.is the source of corrosion cracking source to produce the root cause,the intergranular mesh carbide,grain size is to accelerate the cracking and rust through the failure of the important factors.This paper puts forward the measures to prevent this failure.
