大学物理实验教学系统中预警模型构建与应用

摘要 随着混合式学习模式和在线学习系统的广泛应用,在线学习系统中产生大量学习数据和记录,为学习预警的研究提供了数据来源和有力支撑。针对混合式学习的大学物理实验课程情境,对建构组学生的在线学习数据进行探索性的因子分析,设计了学习预警模型指标,并利用层次分析法确定模型指标权重,以精准率和召回率的加权调和均值为依据确定预警阈值。教学应用发现,验证组学生数据验证模型具有良好的可用性,可据此设计开发学习预警功能。基于学生在线学习数据构建的学习预警模型,有助于甄别学习困难的学生,进行有效预警,实现个性化教学。 Nowadays,the blended learning model and learning system are more and more widely used,and students leave a large amount of learning data in the learning system,which provides strong support for learning early warning.The relevant research provides the plan for improving the mixed learning effect of college physics experiment courses,providing timely intervention for students,and improving students’prospective learning results.In the university physics experiment course of blended learning,exploratory factor analysis is carried out on the online learning data of students in the construction group.Based on these researches,learning early warning model indexes are designed,the weight indicators are determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the early warning threshold is determined based on the weighted harmonic mean of precision and recall.The learning early warning model is proved to have good usability by the student data of the verification group.The learning early warning function is designed and developed,which is applied in the course teaching.The learning early warning model constructed based on students’online learning data can help identify students with learning difficulties,carry out effective early warning,and realize personalized teaching.
