摘要
针对制造业信息化对智能化、服务化和精益化的需求,提出基于物联网的制造平台框架。基于云服务的产品协同设计系统包括基于云服务的协同设计虚拟环境、基于PLM的设计过程数字化和设计支持智能化;基于物联网的数字化制造平台采用物联网技术和设备监控技术采集数据,依托制造资源和制造能力云,对工厂内的制造资源、生产过程、物料和质量等进行集中管控。
To aim at requirements of intellectualization,service and lean of manufacturing information,a manufacturing platform framework based on Internet of things was proposed.Product collaborative design system based on cloud services included collaborative design virtual environment based on cloud services,digital design process based on PLM and intellectual design support.Digital manufacturing platform based on Internet of things collected data by using Internet of things technologies and device monitoring technologies.Relying on manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity cloud,centralized control of manufacturing resources,production process,materials and quality in the factory.
