摘要
本文依托港珠澳大桥香港口岸填海工程,在高度限制条件、环境保护等施工环境的限制条件下,首次开创了一种特殊的底部出料振冲碎石桩伸缩管施工技术,通过该项特殊的振冲碎石桩施工技术,不仅满足了本工程振冲碎石桩施工深度以及施工质量的要求,而且满足了低净空条件的限制以及各类环保要求,取得良好的施工效果。本文从高度限制条件、设计技术要求、振冲碎石桩伸缩管施工设备及工艺、施工及其效果分析几个方面综合阐述了该海上振冲碎石桩施工工艺工法,为广大填海工程等其它类海上地基改良工程提供了参考。
Based on the sea reclamation project of Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities(HKBCF)of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,to meet the constraints of clearance and environmental protection and etc.,a special technology of bottom feed vibro stone column combined with telescopic pipe equipment is firstly proposed,which meets the requirements for the construction depth,quality,the constraints of low headroom and environmental protection,and brings more benefit in construction.The above construction technology and method are described comprehensively from such aspects as headroom constraint,technical requirements of design,telescopic pipe equipment&technology and construction result analysis.The research will provide a reference for the sea reclamation projects involving in offshore base improvement.
