摘要
目的 探究肾病综合征型妊娠期高血压疾病患者临床发病特点及其影响。方法 选取40例肾病综合征型妊娠期高血压疾病患者为研究组;另选取同期40例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为对照组。比较两组尿蛋白、总胆固醇、尿酸水平、并发症发生情况及围生儿不良结局发生率。结果 研究组尿蛋白、血肌酐、尿酸水平均较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(20.00%)较对照组(5.00%)高(P<0.05)。研究组围生儿不良结局发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 肾病综合征型妊娠期高血压疾病患者生化指标、血脂指标均存在异常,并发症发生率及围生儿不良结局发生率高,可根据实际情况,及时终止妊娠。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and influence of nephrotic syndrome type hypertensive disease in pregnancy.Methods 40 patients with nephrotic syndrome type hypertensive disease in pregnancy were selected as the study group.Another 40 patients with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy were selected as control group.The levels of urinary protein,cholesterol,uric acid,complications and perinatal adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of urinary protein,serum creatinine and uric acid in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the study group were higher than those in the control group,but the levels of high density lipoprotein were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group(20.00%) was higher than that of the control group(5.00%)(P<0.05).The incidence of perinatal adverse outcomes in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with nephrotic syndrome-type hypertension in pregnancy have abnormal biochemical indexes and lipid indexes,high incidence of complications and perinatal adverse outcomes,and can terminate pregnancy in time according to the actual situation.
