摘要
随着高等教育普及化的发展,大学生投入状态备受关注,学生投入研究成为高等教育领域研究热点。通过对2000~2020年大学生投入研究国际文献的回顾,发现学生投入内涵可以分为四类,分别是将学生投入看作积极的行为表现、积极的心理状态、有正负两极的连续体,以及包含行为、情感、认知的元概念。对学生投入的测量指标包括学术—行为投入指标、学术—心理投入指标、社会—行为投入指标、社会—心理投入指标四个方面,不同的方面存在不同的进展与问题。我国学生投入研究还需要对其进行全面深入的了解,发挥学生投入研究在人才培养与高等教育发展中的实践意义。
With the development of the universalization of higher education,the engagement state of university students has attracted much attention,and the study of student engagement has become a research hotspot in the field of higher education.Through a review of international literature on university student engagement research during 2000-2020,it is found that the connotation of student engagement can be divided into four categories,which are viewing student engagement as a positive behavioral performance,a positive psychological state,a continuum with positive and negative polarities,and a meta-concept containing behavior,emotion,and cognition.The measurement of student engagement includes four engagement indicators:academic-behavioral,academic-psychological,social-behavioral,and social-psychological,with different progress and problems in different aspects.The research on student engagement in China still needs to be understood comprehensively and thoroughly,so as to bring into play the practical significance of student engagement research in talent cultivation and higher education development.
