摘要
目的:探究扭曲蛋白2(Twist2)、转录因子(Snail)蛋白、Xklp2靶蛋白(TPX2)、极光激酶A(Aurora-A)在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的相关分析。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年7月大冶市人民医院收治的喉鳞状细胞癌66例为研究对象,取患者手术切除癌组织和癌旁正常组织分为喉鳞状细胞癌组与癌旁组织组。比较两组Twist2、Snail、TPX2、Aurora-A表达差异,通过ROC曲线分析Twist2、Snail、TPX2、Aurora-A表达诊断喉鳞状细胞癌的价值,并分析Twist2、Snail、TPX2、Aurora-A表达与喉鳞状细胞癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:喉鳞状细胞癌组织中Twist2阳性表达、Snail阳性表达、TPX2阳性表达、Aurora-A阳性均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,Twist2、Snail、TPX2、Aurora-A表达诊断喉鳞状细胞癌的AUC分别为0.674、0.697、0.818、0.780,均具有较高准确性;诊断敏感度、特异度:Twist2为54.5%、80.3%;Snail为56.1%、83.3%;TPX2为69.7%、93.9%;Aurora-A为63.6%、92.4%,诊断具有一定价值。喉鳞状细胞癌组织中Twist2阳性表达、Snail阳性表达、TPX2阳性表达、Aurora-A阳性均与年龄、性别、临床分型无相关(P>0.05),但喉鳞状细胞癌组织中Twist2阳性表达、Snail阳性表达、TPX2阳性表达、Aurora-A阳性均与甲状软骨累及、TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处转移存在相关(P<0.05)。结论:Twist2、Snail、TPX2、Aurora-A在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中高表达,与患者临床病理特征相关密切,可作为临床诊断喉鳞状细胞癌有效指标。
Objective:To investigate the expression of Twistprotein 2(Twist2),transcription factor(Snail)protein,Xklp2 target protein(TPX2),Aurora kinase A(Aurora A)in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and their correlation with clinicopathologic characteristics.Methods:66 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma admitted to Daye people's hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the patients'surgically resected tissues and adjacent normal tissues were divided into laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma group and adjacent tissue group.The expression differences of Twist2,Snail,TPX2 and OrorA-A between the two groups were compared,and the value of the expression of Twist2,Snail,TPX2 and OrorA-A in the diagnosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed by ROC curve.The relationship between the expressions of Twist2,Snail,TPX2 and Aurora-A and the clinicopathologic features of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed.Results:The positive expression of Twist2,Snail,TPX2 and OrorA-A in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were higher than those in para-carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of Twist2,Snail,TPX2 and Aurora-A expression in the diagnosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were 0.674,0.697,0.818 and 0.780,respectively,showing high accuracy.Diagnostic sensitivity and specificity:54.5% and 80.3% for Twist2;Snail was 56.1%,83.3%;TPX2 was 69.7%,93.9%;Arora-a was 63.6% and 92.4%,indicating A certain diagnostic value.The positive expression of Twist2,Snail,TPX2 and Aurora-A in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were not correlated with age,sex and clinical type(P>0.05).However,positive expression of Twist2,Snail,TPX2 and OrorA-A in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were associated with thyroid cartilage involvement,TNM stage,differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Twist2,Snail,TPX2 and Aurora-A are highly expressed in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues,which are closely related to the clinicopathologic features of patients,and can be used as effective indicators for clinical diagnosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
