82B高碳钢盘条孔型优化研究

摘要 针对某产线在生产ϕ12.0~ϕ13.0 mm 82B高碳钢盘条时网状渗碳体超标、轧制速度受限和尺寸波动较大等问题,对预精轧和精轧机组的孔型配置进行了优化,合理调整了延伸系数和堆拉系数,在不改造风机、飞剪等工艺设备的情况下,提高了水箱和斯太尔摩风冷线的冷却能力,改善了盘条组织,并且提升了轧制速度和产品尺寸精度。盘条的抗拉强度均值不小于1 180 MPa,断面收缩率均值不小于36%,索氏体率不小于85%,晶粒度在7级及以上,消除了2.0级以上的网状渗碳体,实现了82B高碳钢盘条的稳定批量生产。 Aiming at the problems ofϕ12.0-ϕ13.0 mm 82B wire rod of a production line exceeding the standard of network cementite,limiting rolling speed and having large size fluctuation,the roll pass of the pre-finishing and finishing rolling units were optimized,the elongation coefficient and stacking coefficient were reasonably adjusted,and the cooling capacity of the water tank and the Stelmor air-cooled line was improved,the microstructure of the wire rod was improved,and the rolling speed and wire rod dimensional accuracy were improved without modifying the process equipment such as fans and flying shears.The average tensile strength of the wire rod is not less than 1180 MPa,the average reduction of area is not less than 36%,the sorbite rate is not less than 85%,the grain size is 7 grade and above,and the network cementite above 2.0 grade has been eliminated.The stable mass production is achieved for 82B high carbon steel wire rod.
