摘要
文章调查我国少年儿童图书馆员培养现状,指出目前我国少年儿童图书馆员培养中存在培养目标模糊、培养模式不系统、保障措施不完善等问题,提出少年儿童图书馆员培养机制构建的重点及策略,即以馆员能力为依据明确培养目标,基于原则、体系与形式构建培养模式,持续完善支撑与保障措施。
This article investigates the current situation of cultivating children's librarians in China,points out that there are problems in the cultivating children's librarians in China,such as vague training objectives,lack of training models and incomplete guarantee measures.It proposes the key points and strategies for constructing a cultivating mechanism for childrenslibrarians,which is to clarify the training objectives based on the abilities of librarians,and to construct a training model based on principles,systems and forms,to continuously improve support and guarantee measures.
