摘要
某特种起重机要求在特定工况具有高精度位置保持功能,针对其下沉量偏大问题进行了原因分析,定位于油液的热胀冷缩性对下沉量的影响,针对该问题,进行了油液热胀冷缩性对下沉量影响机理分析,提出了增加温控闭环的低成本改进措施,并经试验验证,结果表明改进措施效果良好。
A special crane requires high precision position holding function in specific working conditions.This paper analyzes the reasons for the large subsidence of a special crane,and focuses on the influence of thermal expansion and cold contraction of oil on the subsidence.In order to solve this problem,the influence mechanism of thermal expansion and cold contraction of oil on the subsidence was analyzed,and the improved measures of increasing the closed-loop temperature control were put forward.The experimental results showed that the improved measures were effective.
