黏胶纤维/锦纶/氨纶三组分织物的定量测试方法

摘要 为了探寻黏胶纤维/锦纶/氨纶三组分织物最优的定量测试方法,设计5种试验方案,并对这5种方案的试验结果进行分析比较。结果表明:方案1手工拆分法,方案2、3手工拆分与化学溶解相结合方法、方案5化学溶解法(先用二甲基乙酰胺溶解氨纶,后用质量分数为80%的甲酸溶解锦纶,剩余黏胶纤维)均为可行方案;但前3种方法适用受限,而方案5化学溶解法适用于所有组织结构的织物,为日常检测中最优选的测试方法。 In order to find the optimal quantitative testing method for viscose/nylon/spandex tri-component fabrics,five schemes were designed and the test results of these five schemes were analyzed and compared.The results show that scheme 1 manual splitting method,scheme 2 and 3 combination of manual splitting method and chemical dissolution,scheme 5 chemical dissolution(first use dimethylacetamide to dissolve the polyurethane fiber,then use mass fraction 80%formic acid to dissolve the nylon fiber,and the remaining viscose fiber)are all feasible schemes.However,the application of the first three methods is limited,while the chemical dissolution method in scheme 5 is applicable to all fabrics with organizational structures,which is the most preferred test method for daily inspection.
