摘要
受国际油价市场低迷波动影响,部分海工装备订单被纷纷弃单。为推进改革应对市场变化,国资委组建国海海工资产管理有限公司(以下简称国海公司)。国海公司结合自身特点,对海工装备出租前、出租中、出租后等阶段进行风险识别,分析潜在风险因素。通过FMEA风险失效模式分析,确定了90项潜在失效模式,分析潜在原因,进行风险评价,并根据评价结果采取相应的风险处置措施。
Affected by the downturn andfluctuation of the international oil price market,some offshore equipment orders have been abandoned.In order to promote reform and respond to market changes,SASAC established Sinoocean Offshore Assets Management Limited.(hereinafter referred to as SINOOCEAN).Combined with its own characteristics,Guohai company carries out risk identi fcation before,during and after leasing of offshore equipment,and analyzes potential risk factors.Through FMEA risk failure mode analysis,90 potential failure modes were identi fied,the potential causes were analyzed,the risk evaluation was carried out,and the corresponding risk disposal measures were taken according to the evaluation results.
