摘要
通过对比分析进给系统参数对低阶模态的影响,对系统参数进行了优化,并通过模态试验对仿真计算结果和参数优化效果进行了验证。研究表明:选用高刚度的丝杠紧轴承、较大直径和节距的丝杠、较大螺母刚度与大直径和大节距的丝杠配合,均可以提高系统的一阶固有频率,其中丝杠紧轴承一侧的刚度对于提高系统一阶固有频率的影响最显著。
The system parameter is optimized through the comparative analysis of impact of the feed system parameters on the low-order modal,and the result of the simulation calculation and the effect of parameters optimization is verified through the modal test.The research shows that:The high stiff screw tight bearing,the large diameter and pitch of the screw,the combination of the large stiffness of nut and the large diameter and pitch of the screw can all improve natural fre⁃quency of the first order and the stiffness of the one side of the screw tight bearing has the most significant effect of improving the natural frequency of the first order.
