摘要
针对当电力系统发生暂态运行时,常规功率变送器不能提供准确的功率信号,时间常数较大等问题引发的跳机事故,确定了功率变送器存在的问题,要求功率变送器在系统稳态运行、暂态运行状态时,必须保证精确输出功率信号,以缩短发电机组控制系统的响应时间,提高发电机组运行的稳定性,并提出了功率变送器系统的改造原则。
When transient operation occurs in the power system,conventional power transmitters cannot provide accurate power signals,and problems such as large time constants lead to tripping accidents,which determine the problems of power transmitters.The power transmitter must ensure accurate output of power signals during steady-state and transient operation of the system,in order to shorten the response time of the generator control system and improve the stability of the generator operation.And proposed the principles for retrofitting the power transmitter system.
