摘要
目的:研究口腔规培生的口腔美学修复临床实践能力现状并探索其相关影响因素。方法:选取2020年1月于武汉大学口腔医院口腔住院医师规范化培训基地在培的263名规培生为研究对象,采用问卷星对其基本特征及口腔美学修复临床实践能力进行调研。采用χ2检验和多因素logistic回归模型进行数据分析。结果:30%以上的规培生已具备良好的口腔美学修复临床实践能力。超过57%的规培生已具备以下能力:使用数码设备记录影像资料、制作研究模型与诊断蜡型、进行医患沟通和制作临时修复体;具备数字化美学分析与设计等能力的规培生比例相对较低(<50%)。2017级(规培三年级)规培生更具备医技沟通、使用辅助方法监测牙体预备、制作临时修复体、采用牙周手术改善软组织美学、定期跟踪随访修复体使用情况以及患者口腔健康情况等口腔美学修复实践能力。口腔修复专业规培生更具备数字化分析与设计、制作研究模型与诊断蜡型、医患沟通、医技沟通、使用辅助方法监测牙体预备、采用牙周手术改善软组织美学、关注修复体对发音的影响、定期跟踪随访修复体使用情况以及患者口腔健康情况的能力。结论:大部分口腔规培生已具备一定的口腔美学修复临床实践能力,规培生的年级和专业是影响其口腔美学修复临床实践能力的相关因素。
Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of clinical practice ability in aesthetic restoration among dental trainees,and to examine the factors that influence their clinical practice ability in this area.Methods:263 trainees in standardized training of oral residents were selected at School and Hospital of Stomatology,Wuhan University,in January 2020.The platform of“wjx.cn”was used for sending questionnaires and data collection.The contents of questionnaire included the general information of participants,and their clinical practice ability of oral aesthetic restoration.Chi square test and multivariable logistic regression analysis were applied for data analysis.Results:Over 30%of trainees in standardized training of oral residents possessed a good level of dental clinical practice abilities in aesthetic restoration.57.0%of trainees possessed the following abilities including the ability to utilize digital devices for recording imaging date,to fabricate the study model and diagnostic wax-up,to engage in doctor-patient communication,and to make and use temporary restorations.However,the proportion of trainees who possessed the ability to do digital aesthetic analysis and design is relatively low.Trainees of grade 2017 had better clinical practice ability of dental aesthetics restoration,such as the doctor-technician communication,using the auxiliary method to facilitate tooth preparation,making and using temporary restorations,using periodontal surgery for improving the pink aesthetics of soft tissue,conducting regular follow-up for using of the prosthesis and for patients'oral health.Trainees,whose major was prosthodontics,did better in digital aesthetic analysis and design,fabricating the study model and diagnostic wax-up,doctor-patient communication,doctor-technician communication,using the auxiliary method to facilitate tooth preparation,using periodontal surgery for improving the pink aesthetics of soft tissue,focusing on the effects of restorations on pronunciation,conducting regular follow-up for using of the prosthesis and for patients'oral health.Conclusion:Most of the trainees in standardized training for oral residents possess dental clinical practice ability in aesthetic restoration.The grade and specialty of the trainees in standardized training for oral residents are factors that influence their clinical practice ability in aesthetic restoration.
