摘要
多种运动方式被证明可以改善骨代谢、预防和治疗骨质疏松症。运动通过刺激肌肉组织、脂肪组织和骨组织分泌多种因子,对骨代谢进行调控,还可能通过传递机械负荷、激活棕色脂肪组织以及促进骨细胞自噬改善骨代谢。本文综述运动过程中肌肉、脂肪和骨组织三者在骨代谢方面的作用,探讨运动促进骨代谢的机制。
Various forms of exercise can improve bone metabolism and are beneficial for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Exercise regulates bone metabolism by stimulating secretion of various factors in muscle tissue,adipose tissue,and bone tissue,and may also improve bone metabolism by transferring mechanical load,activating brown adipose tissue and promoting autophagy of bone cells.Here,the role of muscle,fat,and bone tissue in bone metabolism during exercise was discussed to explore the mechanism of exercise promoting bone metabolism.
