摘要
以松杉灵芝孢子粉为原料,提取灵芝孢子油。通过单因素试验研究超声功率、超声时间、超声温度对灵芝孢子油得率的影响,并利用响应面法对松杉灵芝孢子油超声波辅助提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,超声功率300 W,超声时间30 min,超声温度25℃,在此工艺条件下灵芝孢子油的得率为28.5%。
Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was extracted from Ganoderma tsugae Murr.spore powder,and the effects of ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time,and ultrasonic temperature on the extraction rate of ganoderma lucidum spore oil were studied through single factor experiments,and the response surface method was used to analyze the effects of pine,fir,and ganoderma lucidum spore oil.The extraction process was optimized.The results showed that the ultrasonic power was 300 W,the ultrasonic time was 30 min,and the ultrasonic temperature was 25℃.Under these technological conditions,the yield of ganoderma lucidum spore oil was 28.5%.
