三螺旋模型下高校职业发展教育体系构建研究

On the Construction of Vocational Development Education System in Higher Education Institutions Under the Triple Helix Model

摘要 做好高校职业发展教育有助于缓解高校毕业生就业问题。当前高校职业发展教育存在就业价值观的引导成效不够显著,就业能力的提升效果不够明显的困境。产生困境的原因在于顶层设计不够完善,系统育人体系尚未形成;资源整合不够有效,协同育人机制流于形式。而三螺旋模型是高校、企业和政府协同的创新模型,对于职业发展教育体系的构建具有适配性。三螺旋模型下高校职业发展教育体系框架包含一个共识目标、两个核心任务、三个协同主体、四个分支体系,其建构的逻辑进路是努力实现目标协同、规范建立约束制度、创新构建协调机制、充分利用共享资源。 Doing a good job in vocational development education in universities can help alleviate the employment problem of college graduates.The current vocational development education in universities faces the dilemma of insufficient guidance of employment values and insufficient improvement of employment ability.The reason for the dilemma is that the top-level design is not perfect enough,and the systematic education system has not yet formed.The integration of resources is not effective enough,and the collaborative education mechanism is just a formality.The triple helix model is a collaborative innovation model among universities,enterprises,and governments,which is adaptable to the construction of a vocational development education system.The framework of the vocational development education system in universities under the triple helix model includes a consensus goal,two core tasks,three collaborative subjects,and four branch systems.The logical approach to its construction is to strive for goal collaboration,standardize the establishment of constraint systems,innovate the construction of coordination mechanisms,and fully utilize shared resources.
