摘要
目的研究礞石滚痰丸联合阿立哌唑对痰火上扰型精神分裂症的疗效。方法采用回顾性分析,选择2021年11月—2022年11月在北京市昌平区中西医结合医院接受治疗的100例痰火上扰型精神分裂症患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(52例)和观察组(48例)。对照组采用阿立哌唑治疗,观察组采用礞石滚痰丸联合阿立哌唑治疗,两组均治疗2个月。评估两组的精神症状[阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)]和社会功能[社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)]评分、治疗效果,且检测血清褪黑素(MT)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平。结果治疗后,两组的阴性症状、一般精神病理症状、阳性症状评分和PANSS总分均明显降低,且观察组各项评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的社会责任心、社会活动、生活自理能力、对生活的兴趣和社会交往评分均明显降低,且观察组评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的血清MT、5-HT和TSH水平均明显升高,且观察组的血清MT、5-HT和TSH水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论礞石滚痰丸联合阿立哌唑治疗痰火上扰型精神分裂症有显著的疗效,能明显减轻精神症状,改善社会功能和血清MT、5-HT和TSH水平。
Objective To investigate the eff ect of Mengshi Guntan Pill combined with Aripiprazole in treating schizophrenia of phlegm fi re upward disturbance type.Methods Using retrospective analysis,100 patients with phlegm fi re disturbance type schizophrenia who were treated in the Department of Psychiatry of Changping District Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital in Beijing from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups based on diff erent treatment methods.The control group was treated with Aripiprazole,and the observation group was treated with Mengshi Guntan Pill combined with Aripiprazole.Two groups were treated for 2 months.The mental symptoms and social function scores,treatment eff ects of the two groups were evaluated,and the levels of serum Melatonin(MT),Thyroidstimulating hormone(TSH)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)were detected.Results After treatment,the negative symptoms,general psychopathological symptoms,positive symptom scores,and total PANSS score of the two groups were signifi cantly reduced,and the observation group was even lower(P<0.05).The total eff ective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than that of 80.77%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the social responsibility,social activities,self-care ability,interest in life,and social interaction scores of the two groups were signifi cantly reduced,and the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum MT,5-HT,and TSH in both groups were signifi cantly increased,and the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Mengshi Guntan Pill and Aripiprazole has a signifi cant therapeutic eff ect on phlegm fi re disturbance type schizophrenia,which can signifi cantly alleviate mental symptoms,improve social function,and serum MT,5-HT,and TSH levels in patients.
