摘要
共同富裕是中国式现代化的本质特征。知识产权法通过保护创新成果的市场专营权,赋予人们平等的创造财富的机会,激励社会持续创新进而创富。促进社会财富增长知识产权制度对科技文化创新的市场化激励和权利限制规则,保障了全社会从智力成果中受益,推动了人民群众的物质、精神生活共同富裕,体现了中国式现代化下社会创新成果共享的法律机制。
Common prosperity is the essential feature of Chinese modernization. Intellectual property law provides equal opportunities for wealth creation by protecting market franchises for innovations, and encourages society to continue to innovate and create wealth. The market-oriented incentives and rights restriction rules of the intellectual property system for scientific and technological and cultural innovation ensure that the whole society benefits from intellectual achievements, promote the common prosperity of the people's material and spiritual life, and embody the legal mechanism for sharing social innovation achievements under Chinese-style modernization.
