医用臭氧气体注射治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面的疗效观察

摘要 目的 探讨医用臭氧气体注射治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。方法 将2021年12月至2022年11月吉林省人民医院糖尿病足诊治中心收治的60例糖尿病足溃疡患者采用随机对照临床研究方法,分成臭氧注射治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组患者规律饮食控制,同时给予基础治疗,臭氧注射组采用医用臭氧气体注射治疗,对照组组采用常规外科换药治疗,统计两组创面愈合程度、白细胞计数及治疗总有效率。结果 两组治疗后溃疡面积均较治疗前缩小(P <0.05),表明两种治疗方法均可促进溃疡创面愈合;治疗4周后,两组间创面面积及治疗总有效率比较(P <0.05),结果显示臭氧注射组患者糖尿病足溃疡愈合情况明显优于对照组。结论 医用臭氧注射疗法治疗糖尿病足慢性溃疡能有效促进创面愈合,提高患者创面愈合率,治疗效果优于常规治疗方法,是一种有效、经济、简捷的治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of medical ozone gas injection in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted to the Diabetic Foot Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Jilin Provincial People's Hospital from December 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into ozone injection treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Both groups were given regular diet control and basic treatment.The ozone injection group was treated with medical ozone gas injection,and the control group was treated with routine surgical dressing change.The degree of wound healing,white blood cell count,and total effective rate of the two groups were recorded.Results After treatment,the ulcer area of the two groups was smaller than that before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatments could promote the healing of the ulcer wound.After 4 weeks of treatment,the wound area and total effective rate of treatment between the two groups were compared(P<0.05).The results showed that the healing of diabetic foot ulcer in the ozone injection group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion Medical ozone injection therapy for chronic diabetic foot ulcer can effectively promote wound healing,improve the wound healing rate of patients,the treatment effect is better than conventional treatment,is an effective,economic,simple treatment method.
