摘要
590DH属于包晶高铝钢,兼具有包晶钢和高铝钢的技术难点。投产初期,浇铸过程粘结报警频繁,连铸坯纵裂纹时有发生,伴有角部横裂纹。通过在保护渣中加入Li2O、提高碱度和降低碳含量,改善了保护渣的传热与润滑效果。将浸入式水口倾角向下25°改为15°,浸入式水口插入深度由135 mm提升至120 mm,优化连铸机拉速,活跃了结晶器液面,促进了保护渣的熔化,改善了保护渣的流入。通过以上措施的实施,提高了保护渣的稳定性、改善传热以及润滑效果,解决了浇钢过程的粘结报警问题,消除了纵裂纹,改善了连铸坯表面质量。
590DH belongs to peritectic high-alumina steel,and has the technical difficulties of both peritectic steel and high-alumina steel.At the initial stage of production,the bond alarm is frequent in the casting process,and the longitudinal crack of continuous casting billet occurs from time to time,accompanied by the transverse crack of the corner.By adding Li2O to the slag,increasing R and reducing C content,the heat transfer and lubrication effects of the slag are improved.Change the SEN Angle down 25°to 15°,and reduce the insertion depth of the SEN port from 135 mm to 120 mm.Casting speed is optimized.The liquid level of the mold is active,the melting of the protective slag is promoted,and the inflow of the slag is improved.Through the implementation of the above measures,the stability of the slag is improved,the heat transfer and lubrication effect are improved,the bonding alarm problem is solved,the longitudinal cracks are eliminated,and the surface quality of the slab is improved.
