摘要
目前临床治疗老视的方法众多,包括戴框架眼镜和隐形眼镜矫正,角膜和晶状体手术治疗,缩瞳类及晶状体软化剂类药物治疗,综合调节恢复治疗等,各有优劣,但尚无真正意义改善调节功能的方法。本文就老视的治疗现状以及亟待解决的问题进行阐述和分析,并提供未来潜在治疗方案的概述,为临床工作的开展提供指导。
Nowadays,there are many clinical strategies to correct presbyopia including wearing frame glasses and contact lens correction,corneal and lens surgery,pupil constriction and lens softener drugs treatment,comprehensive adjustment recovery treatment,etc,each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages,however,there is no real way to restore accommodation.This article reviews the progress of presbyopia correction modalities,surgical approaches and drug therapies.
