摘要
基于某大型工程船建造和检验过程中发现的中压配电板可触及性问题,阐述中压配电板内部故障电弧等级和短路燃弧试验标准、燃弧试验达标的判据。通过对燃弧试验报告的详细分析,从多个方面确定可触及性等级差异的缘由,提出了以整体式壁板分隔背面区域、以局部防护板分隔泄压区域、优化天花板的设计以隔离泄压区域等三种处理方案,分析比较各自的可行性和优缺点,综合决策确定处理方案。
Based on the accessibility problem of medium voltage switchboard found during construction and inspection of a large engineering vessel,this paper illustrates the internal fault arc classification of medium voltage switchboard,the standard of short circuit arcing test and the acceptance criterion of arcing test.According to the further analysis of the arcing test report,this paper concludes the reason of accessibility level discrepancy from various points,and puts forward three solutions accordingly,including integral wall panel partition switchboard back,partly protection board partition pressure relief area,and optimize the design of ceiling to separate the pressure relief area.The feasibility,advantages and disadvantages are also analyzed and compared to finally determine the solution.
