水泥窑协同处置电解铝大修渣氟化物固化率的研究

摘要 研究了水泥窑协同处置电解铝大修渣后氟化物的固化率和排放率,以及出窑熟料质量的变化情况。结果表明,入窑物料中氟化物的固化率随着大修渣搭配比例上升而上升,固溶于熟料中的氟化物量增多,窑系统内氟化物保持动态平衡。随着大修渣在水泥窑中处置比例的增加,出窑熟料的初凝时间和终凝时间都有所延长,出窑熟料的3 d抗压强度呈下降趋势,28 d抗压强度呈上升趋势。 The curing rate and emission rate of fluoride and the change of clinker quality after cooperative treatment of electrolytic aluminum overhaul slag in cement kiln were studied.The results showed that the curing rate of fluoride in raw materials increased with the increase of the mixing ratio,which means that the amount of fluoride dissolved in clinker increased,and the fluoride maintained dynamic balance in the kiln system.As the disposal ratio of overhaul slag increased in the cement kiln,the initial setting time and final setting time of the clinker are both extended,the 3d compressive strength of the clinker is decreasing,but the 28d compressive strength is increasing.
