摘要
为解决矿井在远距离、高负荷供电过程中的压降问题,矿井设计选用电压等级更高的3 300 V电压为综采工作面供电。首先分析3202工作面的供电现状,然后根据工作面的总负荷情况设计3202工作面的供电方案,并对5台不同等级的移动变电站及双回路供电电缆进行选型设计,基于工作面具体条件和设计规范,制定了3 300 V供电关键技术及安全技术措施,有效解决了3202工作长距离输送带来的压降损失,有助于矿井提高供电可靠性,保障矿井安全生产。
In order to solve the problems of pressure drop in the process of long distance and high load power supply,the mine design uses 3300 V voltage to supply power to the fully mechanized mining face.First,analyze the power supply of 3202 working face,and then according to the total load of the working face design 3202 working face power supply scheme,and the 5 of different levels of mobile substation and double circuit power supply cable design,based on the specific conditions and design specification of the working face,formulated the 3300 V power supply key technology and safety technical measures,effectively solve the 3202 long distance transportation pressure drop loss,help improve the power supply reliability of the mine and ensure the safety of the mine in production.pared with various algorithms,the feasibility of the improved genetic algorithm in practical applications was demonstrated.
