摘要
随着矿井开采强度逐渐增大,为确保三量实现动态平衡,开掘工程实现机械化快速掘进势在必行。针对传统巷道开口采用炮掘施工,施工工艺复杂、工序繁多,施工效率低下,不能满足矿井安全高效生产需要的问题,以永城煤电控股集团有限公司陈四楼煤矿十八采区皮带下山为背景,提出了综掘机破岩+桥式转载机转载+皮带机出矸和综掘机破岩+耙装机出矸+皮带机出矸两种施工方法。系统地分析了巷道开口施工的关键因素,通过岩巷综掘快速高效施工方法,多设备配合联动,设置采区及水平矸石仓解决矸石转载运输问题,实现了工程综掘快速高效掘进。
As the mining intensity of the mine gradually increases,it is imperative to achieve mechanical and rapid excavation in excavation engineering to ensure dynamic balance of the three quantities.In response to the problem of traditional tunnel opening construction using blasting,which has complex construction technology,multiple procedures,low construction efficiency,and cannot meet the needs of safe and efficient production in mines,two construction methods are proposed based on the belt descending from the 18th mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine,Yongmei Group.They are comprehensive excavation machine rock breaking+bridge type transfer machine transfer+belt machine discharge,and comprehensive excavation machine rock breaking+rake loading machine discharge+belt machine discharge.A systematic analysis of the key factors in the construction of tunnel openings was conducted.Through the rapid and efficient construction method of rock tunnel comprehensive excavation,multiple equipment were coordinated and linked,and mining areas and horizontal gangue bins were set up to solve the problem of gangue transfer and transportation,achieving rapid and efficient excavation of engineering comprehensive excavation.
