二次结构施工免支模设计优化与力学分析

摘要 随着装配式建筑的蓬勃发展,在二次结构施工中常面临预制构件安装的频繁装拆模和额外加固手段,研究提出一种全新的二次结构免支模设计方法,能够降低构造柱、过梁、门框柱等重要二次结构的施工成本,提升结构强度和施工效率。基于ABAQUS仿真分析可知,二次结构施工免支模结构设计在均布荷载和水平荷载作用下表现出更均衡的应力分布和更小的位移形变,降低了整体结构由于应力集中引发的破坏风险。 With the flourishing development of prefabricated construction,the frequent assembly and disassembly of prefabricated components and additional reinforcement measures are often encountered in the construction of secondary structures.This study proposes a novel method for the design of formwork-free secondary structures,aiming to reduce the construction cost of important elements such as structural columns,beams,and door frame columns,while enhancing structural strength and construction efficiency.Based on ABAQUS simulation analysis,it is found that the formwork-free design of secondary structures exhibits a more balanced stress distribution and smaller displacement and deformation under uniformly distributed loads and horizontal loads.This approach reduces the risk of structural damage caused by stress concentration.
