摘要
南京市某住宅小区6幢多层房屋,屋面、外墙和地下室车库连通口渗漏严重。通过现场勘查渗漏情况,分析原因发现渗漏部位主要是屋面、女儿墙墙身及其与屋面交接阴角部位,外墙、地下室变形缝位置,并综合采用“防排截堵”的技术措施进行防水修复设计,最终取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The roof,exterior walls and basement garage connections of six multi-storey buildings in a residential complex in Nanjing were badly leaking.Through site investigation of leakage,it is found that the main leakage sites are roof,parapet wall and its connection with the roof corner,external wall,basement deformation joint location,the waterproofing and repairing design is carried out by adopting the technical measures of“Preventing drainage and blocking up”,and good economic and social benefits are achieved.
