基于信号通路探讨活血化瘀方药治疗肾纤维化的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis in Treatment of Renal Fibrosis Based on Signaling Pathway

摘要 近年来,越来越多的研究证实,多条信号通路在介导肾纤维化的过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。肾纤维化过程中,如:TGF-β1/Smad信号通路、Wnt/β-catenin信号通路、PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路等,均被越来越多研究证实参与到肾纤维化过程中。如今中医药已作为抗肾纤维化的主要疗法之一,大量研究也证实活血化瘀类方药可以作用于相关信号通路,从而发挥改善、延缓肾纤维化的作用。文章基于信号通路总结活血化瘀类方药及复方治疗肾纤维化的研究进展,为中医药防治肾纤维化提供思路和依据。 During the renal fibrosis,multiple signaling pathways such as TGF-β1/Smad signal pathway,Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway,PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway,etc.,are increasingly studied to confirm that participation in renal fibrosis.Today,traditional Chinese medicine has been one of the main therapies of anti-kidney fibrosis.Among them,a large number of studies have also confirmed that promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis methods can act on relevant signaling pathways,thereby improving and delaying renal fibrosis.Based on the signaling pathway,it summarized the research progress of the promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescriptions in the treatment of kidney fibrosis and provided ideas and basis for traditional Chinese medicine to prevent renal fibrosis.
