摘要
目的:探讨老年增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy, PDR)患者健康促进行为、孤独感和积极心理资本变量间的关系。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2021年5月至2022年10月安徽省芜湖市眼科医院的205例住院老年PDR患者,以中文版健康促进生活方式量表、孤独感量表和糖尿病视网膜病变积极心理资本问卷对患者进行调查,使用SPSS 27.0进行Pearson相关分析和多元线性回归分析,运用process软件程序中的模型4进行中介效应分析。结果:老年PDR患者的健康促进行为与孤独感呈显著负相关(P<0.001),与积极心理资本呈正相关(P<0.001)。Bootstrap检验结果显示,积极心理资本在老年PDR患者孤独感和健康促进行为间的中介效应为-13.62,95%CI为(-0.211,-0.071),占总效应的48.13%。结论:积极心理资本在孤独感和健康促进行为间起部分中介作用,护理人员应积极开展以影响健康促进行为路径为依据的干预策略,以达到促进健康行为,提高生活质量目的。
Objective:To explore the relationship between health promoting behavior,loneliness and positive psychological capital variables in elderly patients with(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR).Methods:A total of 205 elderly PDR inpatients in a tertiary eye hospital in a city of Anhui Province from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected using convenience sampling method.The patients were investigated using the Chinese version of the Health-promoting Lifestyle Profile,the loneliness rating scale and the positive psychological capital questionnaire for diabetic retinopathy.SPSS 27.0 was used to do Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,and Model 4 in Process software was used to do mediation effect analysis.Results:There was a significant negative correlation between health promoting behavior and loneliness(P<0.001),and a significant positive correlation between health promoting behavior and positive psychological capital(P<0.001)in elderly PDR patients.The results of Bootstrap test showed that the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on loneliness and health-promoting behavior in elderly PDR patients was-13.62,95%CI was(-0.211,-0.071),accounting for 48.13%of the total effect.Conclusion:Positive psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between loneliness and health-promoting behavior.In order to promote health behavior and improve life quality,nursing staff should actively carry out intervention strategies influencing health-promoting behaviors.
