“互联网+”背景下翻转课堂在临床医学PBL教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨“互联网+”背景下翻转课堂在临床医学专业PBL教学中的作用。方法:采用“互联网+”背景下翻转课堂进行临床医学PBL教学,对两届学生进行学习效果评价。结果:试验组课堂成绩、人均期中、期末表现评价与对照组无明显差异,但期末成绩、综合成绩明显高于对照组。结论:充分利用互联网进行翻转课堂教学能提高临床医学理论课的教学效果,且不削弱线上PBL课堂讨论效果。 Objective:To explore the role of the flipped classroom under the"Internet+"background in PBL clinical medical education.Methods:The flipped classroom teaching model was applied to PBL in clinical medical education under the"Internet+"background,and the learning outcomes of two cohorts of students were evaluated.Results:There was no significant difference in classroom performance,average midterm,or final exam scores between the experimental and control groups.However,the final exam scores and comprehensive scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Utilizing the Internet for flipped classroom teaching can improve the teaching effectiveness of clinical medical theory courses without diminishing the effectiveness of PBLonlineclassroomdiscussions.
