摘要 目的:探索以学生为中心的SNAPPS(summarize、narrow、analyze、probe、plan、select)床旁带教方法在骨科教学中的可行性及有效性。方法:选择我院2017级全程教学班30名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组15人,对照组15人,试验组采用SNAPPS床旁带教方法,对照组采用传统讲授式(lecture-based learning, LBL)床旁带教方法。见习过程中记录学生采集病史时间、诊断正确率,见习结束后采用理论测试、技能考核和问卷调查对两组学生的见习效果进行比较。结果:试验组学生的出科考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.01);试验组学生在病史采集时间、诊断正确率方面优于对照组(P<0.01);试验组在提高自主学习能力、医患沟通能力、临床思维能力、总结分析鉴别能力、学生间协作能力方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:SNAPPS床旁带教方法效果优于传统讲授式床旁带教方法,有利于培养学生的临床思维。 Objective:To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the student⁃centered SNAPPS(summarize,narrow,analyze,probe,plan,select)bedside teaching method in orthopedic education.Methods:Thirty students from the 2017 full⁃time teaching class in our hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group(15 students)and a control group(15 students).The experimental group received SNAPPS bedside teaching,while the control group received traditional lecture⁃based learning(LBL)bedside teaching.During the internship,the time students spent collecting medical histories and diagnostic accuracy were recorded.After the internship,the two groups were compared in terms of theoretical testing,skill operation,and questionnaire survey.Results:The experimental group's average score in the final exam was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The experimental group performed significantly better than the control group in medical history collection time,humanistic care,and diagnostic accuracy,with statistical significance(P<0.01).In terms of improving self⁃learning ability,doctor⁃patient communication skills,clinical thinking ability,summary and analysis discrimination ability,and collaboration ability among classmates,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:The SNAPPS bedside teaching method is more effective than traditional lecture⁃based bedside teaching,contributing to the development of students'clinical thinking and reasoning abilities in orthopedics.
