再制造盾构机状态评估及负载调试技术研究

Research on the status evaluation and load debugging technology of remanufacturing shield machines

摘要 盾构法在城市地下空间开发中优先选用,因地下工程水文地质环境复杂,对设备性能及状态要求极高。鉴于制造车间环境受限,盾构机关键部件/系统未能完全实现负载状态调试,部分功能及指标测试存在漏洞,会影响到后期服役项目的施工水平。文章按照“项目使用反馈—动态、静态勘验—状态评估检测—再制造方案设计、评审—维修再制造—整机组装调试—下线验收”全流程开展研究,以土压平衡盾构机再制造为例,采用密封气囊机构包裹刀盘及前盾切口环,向气囊内注入压缩空气形成带压环境,模拟盾构施工状态进行联机调试,完善车间联机调试负载缺失环节,一定程度提高整机性能的可靠性。 Due to constraints within manufacturing workshop environments,certain key components/systems of shield machines may not undergo thorough load state debugging,resulting in deficiencies in functional and indicator testing.This issue can adversely affect the construction operational efficacy of subsequent projects.This article addresses this issue by following a comprehensive process encompassing"project usage feedback-dynamic and static inspections-state evaluations and detections-design and review of remanufacturing schemes-maintenance and remanufacturing-complete machine assembly and debugging-completion and acceptance".Taking the remanufacturing of an earth pressure balance shield machine as a case study,this article introduces a solution involving the use of a sealed airbag mechanism to envelop the cutter head and front shield incision ring.By injecting compressed air into the airbag to create a pressurized environment,this method effectively simulates the construction status of the shield machine for online debugging.This approach addresses the load missing link in the online workshop debugging,thus enhancing the reliability of overall performance to a considerable extent.
