中职语文教学中表现性评价的问题与对策探赜

摘要 为有效落实学科核心素养培养任务,任务驱动教学模式、大单元教学模式等应运而生,但中职语文课堂的评价却没有同步跟进,存在泛化、模糊或单一等情况。表现性评价是一种有利于促进学生学习的评价方式,基于中职语文课堂表现性评价存在的评价内容重学习成果轻过程表现、评价标准不明确不可量化、评价方式缺针对性少激励性等问题,中职语文教师要积极践行课标指向,确保评价基点明晰化,坚持学生立场,确保评价主体中心化,建立区块链接,实现评价方式立体化,同时兼容线性思维,促进评价内容深度化,使表现性评价真正发挥提高“教”与“学”效率的作用。 In order to effectively implement the task of cultivating core competencies in disciplines,task driven teaching models and large unit teaching models have emerged.However,the evaluation of vocational Chinese language classrooms has not been synchronized,resulting in generalization,ambiguity,or singularity.Performance evaluation is an evaluation method that is conducive to promoting student learning.Based on the problems of performance evaluation in vocational Chinese classrooms,such as heavy emphasis on learning outcomes over process performance,unclear and quantifiable evaluation standards,and lack of targeted and motivational evaluation methods,vocational Chinese teachers should actively practice the direction of the curriculum standards,ensure clear evaluation points,adhere to student positions,ensure the centralization of evaluation subjects,and establish block links,realize a three-dimensional evaluation method that is compatible with linear thinking,promote the depth of evaluation content,and truly enhance the efficiency of teaching and learning through performance evaluation.
