摘要
初中生正处于人生成长的重要阶段,班主任要不断探索并创新管理班级的形式与方法,从改变传统的管理观念入手,坚持以生为本,结合初中生的实际发展特点以及现实发展的需求,寻求恰当的时机,更好地引导学生参与班级的内部管理,以培养和提高他们自主管理班级的能力与班级凝聚力,提高班级管理效率。文章从以生为本理念下初中班主任班级管理的重要性、以生为本理念下初中班主任班级管理的基本特征、以生为本理念下初中班主任的班级管理策略三方面,探讨初中班主任如何有效提高班级管理水平。
Junior middle school students are in an important stage of life growth.Class teachers should constantly explore and innovate the forms and methods of managing classes,starting from changing traditional management concepts,adhering to student-centered,combining the actual development characteristics and needs of junior middle school students,seeking appropriate opportunities to better guide students to participate in internal management of the class,in order to cultivate and improve their ability to independently manage the class and class cohesion,improve class management efficiency.The article explores how junior middle school homeroom teachers can effectively improve their class management level from three aspects:the importance of class management under the student-centered concept,the basic characteristics of class management under the student-centered concept,and the class management strategies under the student-centered concept.
