摘要
目的 探究身痛逐瘀汤加减联合运动干预在骨质疏松症患者中的应用效果及对骨代谢的影响。方法 选取2021年5月—2022年4月兴国县人民医院收治的60例骨质疏松症患者,采用单盲法分为对照组和观察组。给予对照组患者常规西医治疗联合运动干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗。评估两组中医证候积分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及甲状旁腺素(PTH)、血钙(Ca^(2+))、血磷(P^(3-))水平。结果 治疗后,观察组的中医证候主症、次症积分均比对照组低,且VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PTH、Ca^(2+)、P^(3-)水平明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 给予骨质疏松症患者身痛逐瘀汤加减联合运动干预,可以有效改善症状、减轻痛苦、调节骨代谢水平。
Objective To explore the effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with exercise intervention in patients with osteoporosis and its influence on bone metabolism.Methods A total of 60 patients with osteoporosis in Xingguo County People’s Hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by single blind method.Patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment combined with exercise intervention.On the basis of the control group,patients in the observation group were given Shentong Zhuyu decoction.The TCM syndrome score was used to evaluate the treatment effect of the two groups,the visual analogue pain scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain degree of the patients,and the levels of parathyroid hormone (PTH),blood calcium (Ca~(2+)) and blood phosphorus (P~(3-)) were used to evaluate the bone metabolism of the patients.Results After treatment,the scores of primary syndrome and secondary syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PTH,Ca~(2+)and P~(3-)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with exercise intervention can effectively improve the symptoms,relieve pain and regulate bone metabolism in patients with osteoporosis.
