船舶机械液压系统漏油故障处理及监测方法研究

摘要 液压系统因其广泛的工艺适应性和较强控制性能等优点,在船舶甲板机械的操纵和控制中应用较为广泛,比如舵机、锚机、绞车、起货机和舱口盖等。但因其工作环境比较恶劣,容易受到温度变化、盐分侵蚀、灰尘侵入等因素的影响而发生故障,漏油是液压系统较为常见的故障之一,且泄露位置较为隐蔽,情况复杂,是液压系统故障诊断和维护保养的重要难点。从液压系统漏油故障的原因入手,有针对性地提出漏油故障的处理措施,为了降低故障发生率,建立液压系统漏油故障监测诊断系统,可减少因漏油造成的海洋污染,进一步提升船舶航行的安全性和可靠性。 Thanks to its extensive technological adaptability and strong control performance,hydraulic system is widely used in the handling and control of ship deck machinery,such as steering gear,windlass,winch,cargo winch and hatch cover.However,due to its poor working environment,it is easy to be affected by temperature change,salt erosion,dust invasion and other factors.Oil leakage is one of the more common faults of hydraulic system,and the leakage location is more hidden and the situation is complicated.It is an important difficulty in fault diagnosis and maintenance of hydraulic system.Starting with the causes of the oil leakage fault of the hydraulic system,this paper puts forward the treatment measures of the oil leakage fault.In order to reduce the failure rate,the oil leakage fault monitoring and diagnosis system of the hydraulic system is established,which can reduce the marine pollution caused by the oil spill and further improve the safety and reliability of ship navigation.
