摘要
为了研究橡胶颗粒、硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)和普通硅酸盐水泥(OPC)对修复材料力学性能的影响,以水泥掺量和橡胶掺量作为变量,对修复材料的流动度、抗压强度、抗折强度、强度增长百分比和折压比等参数进行了分析。试验结果表明:掺入OPC增加了新型修复材料的初始流动度、20min流动度,而掺入橡胶降低了新型修复材料的初始流动度、20min流动度。随着OPC和橡胶掺量的增加,新型修复材料的抗压强度和抗折强度均呈现降低的趋势,但韧性有所提高。
In order to study the effects of rubber particles,sulphoaluminate cement(SAC)and ordinary portland cement(OPC)on the mechanical properties of the restorative materials,the fluidity,compressive strength,flexural strength,percentage of strength increase and flexural ratio of the restorative materials are analyzed with the cement content and rubber content as variables.The results show that the initial fluidity and 20min fluidity of the new repair material are increased by adding OPC,while the initial fluidity and 20min fluidity of the new repair material are decreased by adding rubber.With the increase of OPC and rubber content,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the new repair materials show a decreasing trend,but the toughness is improved.
