摘要
轴承外圈偏置是转子不对中的一种主要形式。为了便于分析外圈偏置对轴承性能的影响,选用航空发动机圆柱滚子轴承作为研究对象,通过数值仿真计算和试验分析得到外圈偏置对圆柱滚子轴承寿命的影响。结果表明,相同载荷条件下,随着轴承外圈倾斜角度变大,圆柱滚子所受接触应力变大,轴承寿命减小。理论分析与试验结果具有较好的一致性,为滚子轴承装机性的判别提供了参考。
Bearing misalignment is a main form of rotor misalignment.In order to analyze the influence of outer ring offset on bearing performance,an aero-engine cylindrical roller bearing was studied.The influence of outer ring offset on cylindrical roller bearing life through numerical simulation and experimental was analyzed.The results show that,under the same load conditions,the contact stress of the bearing roller increases gradually with the increase of the inclination angle of the bearing outer ring,and the bearing life decreases gradually with the increase of the angle.The theoretical analysis is in good agreement with the test results,which provides a reference method for judging the service life of roller bearings when the test bearings are installed.
