患儿家属对儿科药学门诊的认知现状与服务需求的调查与分析

Survey and analysis of the current awareness and service needs of pediatric patients’families towards pharmacist-managed clinics

摘要 目的:探索患儿家属对儿科药学门诊(pharmacist-managed clinics,PMC)的认知与服务需求情况,为儿科PMC的设立与改进提供参考。方法:采用“问卷星”平台开展问卷调查,调查对象主要为在某三级甲等医院儿科门诊就诊的患儿家属。调查内容主要依据既往发表的相关文献以及实践经验制定,采用SPSS 27.0软件对研究结果进行统计与分析。结果:共计回收有效问卷531份。在儿科PMC认识和意愿方面,超过一半家属(52.54%)表示不知道PMC,绝大多数家属(94.35%)从未有过PMC的就诊经历。然而,大部分家属(85.31%)认为(非常)有必要开设儿科PMC。大部分家属(75.89%)认为如果医生建议转诊,则(非常)愿意前往PMC就诊。在服务需求方面,绝大多数家属希望可以在儿科PMC获得药品使用方法(88.14%)的具体指导,对药品不良反应的提示(78.91%)、使用剂量(77.21%)和疗程(75.33%)也有较大的需求。需求度最高的药物类别包括:退热药(75.8%)、抗过敏药(73.4%)、止咳药(68.1%)、激素类药物(64.2%)、抗感染药物(58.0%)。大部分家属反馈,应该通过就医平台进行挂号并收取一定的服务费(60.83%),倾向于药师与患儿、患儿家属面对面口头交流(84.75%)。结论:患儿家属对儿科PMC的认知度较低,但普遍认为有必要开设儿科PMC,并提出了期望的服务形式与服务内容。未来儿科PMC应根据服务需求进一步完善服务模式与流程,提升患儿用药依从性和就诊满意度。 OBJECTIVE To explore the current awareness and service needs of pediatric patients’families towards pharmacist-managed clinics(PMCs),and to provide reference for the establishment and continuous improvement of pediatric PMCs.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted on the"Questionnaire Star"platform,targeting families of pediatric outpatients at a tertiary grade A hospital.The survey was designed based on previous publications and practical experience.SPSS 27.0 software was used for the statistical analysis of the results.RESULTS A total of 531 valid questionnaires were collected.In terms of the awareness and willingness towards pediatric PMC,more than half of the families(52.54%)were unaware of PMC,and the vast majority(94.35%)had never experienced a PMC visit.However,most families(85.31%)considered it(very)necessary to establish pediatric PMCs.The majority of families(75.89%)were(very)willing to visit a PMC if referred by a physician.In terms of service needs,most families wished to receive specific instructions on how to use medications(88.14%)at pediatric PMCs,along with information on adverse drug reactions(78.91%),dosage(77.21%)and course of treatment(75.33%).The drug categories with the highest demand included:antipyretics(75.8%),antiallergics(73.4%),cough suppressants(68.1%),hormonal drugs(64.2%),and anti-infective drugs(58.0%).Most of the families responded that appointment should be made through medical platforms with a certain service fee(60.83%)and they preferred face-to-face verbal communication with pharmacists(84.75%).CONCLUSION There is a low level of awareness among family members of pedi⁃atric patients about pediatric PMCs,but there is a consensus on the necessity of establishing pediatric PMCs.The families have expressed their expected service forms and contents.Pediatric PMCs should further improve the service model and process based on service need to enhance the pediatric patients'medication adherence and satisfaction in the future.
