摘要
在新工科背景下,高等学校高素质应用型人才创新能力培养既是当务之急,也是长远之策。针对能源与动力工程专业人才培养过程中存在创新能力不足的问题,分析原因并寻找对策,提出了推广项目式教学、夯实专业理论基础、线上线下实验教学创新、构建多方创新实践平台等具体解决措施。措施体现了新的教育理念,是建设新工科、培养与提高人才创新能力的有效途径。
Under the background of new engineering,the cultivation of innovation ability of high-quality application-oriented talents in colleges and universities is both an urgent task and a long-term strategy.Aiming at the problem of insufficient innovation ability in the training process of energy and power engineering professionals,reasons are analyzed to find countermeasures,and specific solutions are proposed such as promoting project teaching,consolidating the professional theoretical foundation,online and offline experimental innovation,and building a multi-party innovation practice platform.The program embodies the new educational concept and is an effective way to build new engineering,cultivate and improve innovative talents.
