摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷联合热敏灸在混合痔患者术后疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年4月—2022年10月江西中医药大学附属医院行混合痔外剥内扎术治疗的患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组术后在常规护理的同时联用洛芬待因缓释片治疗,治疗组在常规护理的同时联合穴位贴敷及热敏灸治疗。比较2组患者术后各阶段术口疼痛、水肿评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分;记录2组患者术口疼痛消失时间、术后住院时间和创面愈合时间;观察2组患者治疗期间的不良反应。结果术后第1、3、5、7天治疗组术口疼痛、水肿评分及PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组术口疼痛消失时间、术后住院时间及创面愈合时间较对照组更短(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应。结论穴位贴敷联合热敏灸治疗可有效地缓解混合痔术后疼痛、水肿症状,改善患者睡眠质量,缩短病程,利于患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with thermal moxibustion in postoperative pain nursing of mixed hemorrhoid patients.Methods Sixty patients treated with mixed hemorrhoidal external stripping and internal ligation in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with loprofen extended⁃release tablets,while the treatment group was treated with acupoint application and thermal moxibustion.The scores of postoperative pain,edema and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were compared between the two groups.The time of pain disappearance,postoperative hospital stay and wound healing in two groups were recorded.The adverse reactions during treatment in two groups were observed.Results The scores of pain,edema and PSQI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th days after operation(P<0.05).The time of pain disappearance,postoperative hospitalization and wound healing in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment in both groups.Conclusion The combination of acupoint application and thermal moxibustion is effective in relieving the pain and symptoms of mixed haemorrhoids,improving sleep and shortening the course of disease.
