黄连温胆汤治疗焦虑症伴味觉缺失

摘要 黄连温胆汤出自清代陆廷珍的《六因条辨》,具有清热燥湿、理气化痰、和胃利胆的功效,因其配伍得当,用药精良,后世医家对其适应证进行了推广,在临床中广泛应用。多应用在以失眠、抑郁焦虑为主的神经-精神系统,以“痰火”为核心病机。此文治疗焦虑症伴味觉缺失,属于中医学的“不寐、口淡无味”范畴,用黄连温胆汤加减治疗,取得了显著的疗效。 Huanglian Wendan decoction is derived from Lu Tingzhen's Six Factors Differentiation in the Qing Dynasty.It has the effect of clearing away heat and dampness,regulating qi and resolving phlegm,and promoting function of stomach and gallbladder.Because of its proper compatibility and excellent use of drugs,later generations of physicians promote its indications,widely used in clinic.It is mainly used in the nervous-mental system of insomnia,depression and anxiety,with “phlegm-fire” as the core pathogenesis.The treatment of anxiety disorder accompanied by loss of taste,belonging to the “insomnia”,“mouth does not know taste” category in traditional Chinese medicine,using Huanglian Wendan decoction with other herbs has achieved significant effect.
