摘要
参芪地黄汤作为中医学中气阴双补的经典方剂,在临床应用极其广泛,尤其是肾脏疾病的常用方。参芪地黄汤配伍精妙和网络药理学研究、其内中药成分的现代药理学研究以及动物实验和临床观察均表明其治疗气阴两虚型肾脏疾病有显著疗效。临床治疗原发性、继发性肾脏疾病,以及相关并发症和其他疾病中,参芪地黄汤作为基础用方联合常规西医治疗得到广泛应用,疗效确切。
Shenqi Dihuang Decoction(参芪地黄汤)as a classic formula for tonifying both Qi and Yin in traditional Chinese medicine,is widely used in clinical practice,especially in kidney diseases.Shenqi Dihuang Decoction has excellent compatibility,network pharmacology research.The modern pharmacology research of traditional Chinese medicine components,animal experiment and clinical observation show that it has significant curative effect in the treatment of kidney diseases with deficiency of Qi and Yin.In the clinical treatment of primary and secondary renal diseases,as well as related complications and other diseases,Shenqi Dihuang Decoction,as a basic prescription combined with conventional western medicine,has been widely used with definite curative effect.
