心肌肌球蛋白结合蛋白-C在心血管疾病中的作用研究进展

摘要 心肌肌球蛋白结合蛋白-C(cMyBP-C)作为心肌粗肌丝的重要组成部分,可以通过磷酸化或去磷酸化调节横桥循环速率,参与心肌收缩舒张功能。cMyBP-C在急性心肌梗死、心肌病、心力衰竭、主动脉瓣狭窄、高血压心肌肥厚、心肌炎等心血管疾病的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,但具体作用机制尚未完全阐明。本文就cMyBP-C在心血管疾病中的作用研究进展进行综述,以期为心血管疾病的诊断、治疗及预后评估提供参考。 Cardiac myosin binding protein-C(cMyBP-C),as an important component of myocardium coarse filaments,can regulate cross-bridge circulation through phosphorylation or dephosphorylation and participates in myocardial systolic and diastolic functions.cMyBP-C plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)such as acute myocardial infarction,cardiomyopathy,heart failure,aortic stenosis,hypertensive myocardial hypertrophy,and myocarditis,but the specific mechanism has not been fully clarified.This article reviews the research progress on the role of cMyBP-C in CVDs,in order to provide references for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of CVDs.
